Her expertise spans the oversight of accounting, finance, and billing functions, ensuring meticulous financial integrity and efficiency. Rose is also adept at managing the full spectrum of human resources activities, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management. She excels in creating opportunities for employee satisfaction and professional development, thereby fostering a high-performance culture that contributes significantly to the firm’s success.
She has worked with Scott Mager since 2010 and has been the firm administrator at Mager Paruas, LLC since its establishment in 2014.
